[Implemented] bullets/kisses castable without breaking stealth

Hi, i want to suggest to make bullets/kisses from WE and WH castable during stealth without gcd and without breaking it. Since they have a cooldown for 10 sec and cost AP it should not be overpowered but very useful.

Often when you are in stealth you need to spontaneously decide which enemy to attack, or when you play in a group and assist someone you can not even choose the right bullet/kiss before going into stealth because it all happens so fast and you don't know your next target.

So switching during stealth to the right bullet/kiss (healdebuff for healer, ap-drain for other enemies) without breaking it (it ends with loosing all the burst damage because you have no opener) would be meaningful in my opinion.

That's what many WH/WEs keep asking for a long time, It makes a lot of sense for two classes that are slipping a bit in the overall food chain

yes many have wanted this for very long now

i dont know about ignoring GCD but they defintly should be castable during stealth

Its something you notice straight away when playing them.
I dont think they should ignore gcd though as then whats the point on them being situational when in stealth.

Its mostly a quality of life thing, but as soon as you reach the base build, you really wish this could be done.

Agreed! It's frustrating to be in stealth only to realize you've got the wrong bullet/kiss.
