Yes. The changes made don't impact projectile speeds, therefore there is still a need to update. Namely things like BHA, Flanking, and FtW have longer than usual flight speeds that seem clunky at times.

Flame Arrow has a horrible speed too (in case that this ability will be reworked someday).
Also I've noticed that Glass Arrow has almost perfect projectile speed
I was mistaken. Glass Arrow is very slow. Will add a video, proving it.

The Devserver automatically displays them when you login as dev, you won't be able to do it on live afaik.
