Updated to 3.9.0.6; you can now check the availability of the server with relative confidence from within the Launcher, no more **** around asking on the forums in 1000 threads.

I have stopped the support for the Return of Reckoning Launcher 3.9.0.8.

You can continue using the 3.9.0.8 version or the newest minimalist one I am currently working on named Je Fawks Mini RoR Launcher which should fix some problems such as "Server offline" or the no Internet connection message.
