I hardly bother with ini as a defensive Ironbreaker. Toughness is where it is at for me!
Don't ignore ini, it can cost you a lot ;)

If it's lower than 200 or around 200, when a debuff is applied on you, e.g. SH debuff for 120, your ini goes to extremely low levels, which massively increases your chances to be crit. So attacks will be dealing more damage, even if you have high toughness your mitigation won't help a whole lot. I always keep it at least at around 220-230, which can go to around 300 with zealot or shammy buffs, and that should be decent enough for big debuffs. Reduced chance to be crit from gear and rr points also helps of course. I would recommend try keeping your chance to be crit lower than 10% and even more, around 7-8%, without any buffs.

Would like to see some tests about it. Being said on this forum that debuffs can mek you to be crit 100+ with low initiative. Tbh, never seen 100% crits frequency on my SH.

On topic:
So happy about another option to customise AM/Shaman stats, finally we got access to initiative bonus:)
Also, Wargrimmir - that file is a "pornography" for many of RoR players:)

PS. pls dont bind "of Frotune" drops of only champs/heros cause mostly pve is made by crafters and besides scavenging there is no real carrot for butcherers (in opposite to purple frags like armor)

No I didn't say that your chance to be crit will be 100% haha. Iirc it will go to about 30-40%, taking into account your opponents crit chance as well. I'm not a numbers crunching guy, so you better ask my guildies (roadkillrobin on the forum, and also Horsewhisperer and Leakypants but I don't remember their forum names), they know the more exact numbers and math. I could do some tests if my other friends are willing to help.

They're not, any PvE mob R38 or higher will have a chance, albeit rather small, to drop these set pieces. Champs and Hero mobs have a slightly higher chance of dropping stuff is all. The appearances probably won't be anything that we haven't seen before, there's only so many armor models out there to pick from.

Yes Hello,

Is there any reason why SM gear (both conq/dom) has weaponskill?

Reason I am asking is due to it having little impact on abilities of SM (compared to other classes) which includes armor pen, and the parry % gained is not very good.

1/3 of SM abilities is physical damage. So having a little more weaponskill is useful.
