Noticed my gold bag roll was reset to 0 without me getting a bag.

2nd time this happens (only on this toon), the previous time i thought it was a spontaneous bag, this time im sensing a pattern.

-Edit: I noticed the roll was 0 when logged in as i hadnt received a bag for yet another zone and wanted to check my high-score, dont know when zone was locked exactly, i only have ss with my roll being "gold bag" 0.
