Time within a zone doesn't guarantee a good roll/guaranteed bag.

Your reward in this case was accumulated bonus for each bag you can see there in the screenshot.

Destro locked the zone
I won a blue bag, and I did not received it in the mailbox
I contacted a GM that told me to wait the next server restart
Yesterday Server Restart but nothing in mailbox

20k rr per keep take. around 5k for zone lock. dont get roll /contrib at all. many pl on /1 /2 had same issue.

on tuesday 27.11.2018 on 22:59 i played in chaos waste and won a gold bag but didnt get till now ...
i write with a gm ingame tolde me just wait for serverrestart i wait 4 days now server restart but didnt get anything

ingame name of the char is FMS

I used up my Purple bag , I ported to Thunder Mountain
after the zone locked with my WB and waited by the mailbox
but it never came. I do have screen shots I just don't know how to upload them.

I played last nite about 12:30 am EST US time, on character Working and got a purple bag - I've had 4 sub capes and might finally get the staff. The bag did not show up and I've since received another white bag, so I guess the queue is flushed. There were 2 other players that got purple and said they didn't receive anything either.

You know there is an NPC that trades sub items, right?

You could change any of those 4 cloaks into a weapon. The vendor is located in IC/Altdorf.
