Was in Reikwald just a few minutes ago and everybody in the jail was DCd and received no renown or medallions. The angry general comments are that this is regular occurrence and the forts are hosed again.

Zone locked (I think a touch early, it didn't look like order was getting the BOs THAT fast), no rewards (medals or rr) and fort did not unlock.

Received a blue bag from Reikland lock last week but the server was restarted the second that the lock hit and I never got the bag and still don't have it in my mail.
- character name - Gladri
- rvr zone name - Reikland
- time period with time zone when you played (In format: DD/MM/YYYY {Time Zone Code} 00:00-24:00) Sorry I can't be more helpful here but it was last weekend (Saturday or Sunday - 13th/14th July) and roughly noon BST

the one from CW just now was an error in code that has been found and corrected for next patch / hotfix and was down to a player being in the fort zone before it was opened (and did something more that I wont disclose)

Well okay... is this something that is a common occurrence of said player or other players? This is a very “normal” thing for order to not get a fort portal or rewards when we have well organized at this time in T4 rvr. I have just started using this forum to post failed flip rewards, but when will we receive even partial contribution for these past few weeks? I am missing out on at least 16 invader medals and roughly 6 flips and 4 for sieges worth of RR.

We fix bugs as fast as we can. There is no handout of rewards past it, its purely for us to find the cause of issues and correct them for the future.
