Dissolve debuff value could be a bit higher on the melee healer set, given that both the R35 Epic Weapon and Beastlord set provide even stronger armor debuff values: factoring in the prerequisites of Bloodlord's Dissolve (wards + having full set), I don't think it would be a bad idea to increase the debuff value to at least match either one of the above.

Those procs are on tank gear, didn't want to have something that strong on dps gear. Also the Erosion/Corrosion buffs scale with level something fierce, they would probably be well over 1k debuffs with this level of gear. Dissolve is a static number.

Seems at least interesting for a lot of classes, even if its maybe not BiS. Mdps seems a little lackluster, but I guess every set cant be the best. Guile on Sorc is kind of cool.

That melee healer set would be awesome for a slayer or any mdps maybe.

How do procs like guile work? Does it only proc in the target or will it proc on AoE attacks?

Guile was previously found on Devastator for WE/WH, I believe it only procs on ST attacks

Imo too much dmg and crit dmg increasers (via procs) that make ttk even harder to balance and control. As I see it at sovereign lvl most dps classes will got like 50ish crit and all that crit modifiers dont have counter like crit reduction via renow points from live. So think about that before it get out of control

Very interesting setbonuses. maybe the full set is not "fully viable" yet. but atleast the mixing options are very appealing now.
