Bloodlord
2 Piece Bonus 66 Wounds
3 Piece Bonus 73 Initiative
4 Piece Bonus Boost 2 - 5% on hit 6% crit
5 Piece Bonus 87 Intelligence
6 Piece Bonus Focused Affliction - 10% on-hit - 4% damage boost
7 Piece Bonus Surging - 10% on-hit - +2 targets

Oppressor
2 Piece Bonus 62 Intelligence
3 Piece Bonus 68 Wounds
4 Piece Bonus Endure - 15% on being hit - reduce attackers off stat by 110, increase ini
5 Piece Bonus 5% Magic Crit
6 Piece Bonus Increasing Impetus - 5% to reduce build time 25% for 5s

Dominator
2pc Bonus 57 Intelligence
3pc Bonus 63 Initiative
4pc Bonus 66 Wounds
5pc Bonus Domination - 25% on hit steal toughness
6pc Bonus 5% Magic Crit

Mercenary?
2pc Bonus 62 Intelligence
3pc Bonus 320 Corp Resist
4pc Bonus 1 Middle Tree
5pc Bonus 5% Magic Crit
Except you also have to look at the individual items stat allocations, and 5pc oppressor is far far more appealing to get than full bloodlord for dps healers at least. The only pieces that are better than oppressor are the shoulders and the cape if it has a tali slot, so you'll go 5 pc oppressor and 2 pc bloodlord using shoulder and cape. Not worth going anything else

losing some crit could be okayish for dpsing healer, but bloodlord also forces you to lose 6% disrupt striketrough while providing like 30 extra int (excluding cape for fair calculation), has no mag power at all (59 on oppressor) for what? just lots of extra ini is not enough

you gonna:
a) deal less dmg (unless 6pc will proc very often) does it stack with itself btw?
b) your casts will be less reliable due to lack of striketrough
c) you will get less crit.
What the point of goin full bloodlord in this case?

also, if ingame tooltip for 7pc is correct it looks likea very bad joke atm. 10% chance on hit to deal 150 dmg to random target is worse than subj wep proc for dps

am i missing some hidden jewel?

No, the set is dead on arrival and only used for 2pc bonus.
I wrote the reasons long time ago and made suggestions but apparently it wasn't considered.

That 7pc proc is probably **** and will either get replaced or improved. It didn't read that way when I was looking at the tooltip.

Bloodlord Painblade (5% dmg/5% less heals) is simply too good (it's tactic-level potency); such procs (5% damage? really?) mandates getting them, as opposed to offering them as alternatives.

The 2h glaive has everything: 4.2 speed, high DPS, 60 (!!) melee power, 5% damage (!!), 60 initiative, 64 str....how is this not overkill? What is the use in doing anything other than PvE?

These weapons are now head and shoulders above the RR61 SC counterparts.

Oppressor 5pc is better than Bloodlord 6pc.
No active playing dps sham/am would prefer Bloodlord.

Those weapons are just regular drops/quest rewards or also require like 70 dungeon runs as they are way better than scenario weapons which need hundreds if not thousands of scenarios to get?
