Return of Reckoning

- New ingame vendors with cosmetic gear
- The cosmetic will not have any stats
- The cosmetic gear have a level condition so it match to the actual tier (for example no T2,T3,T4 gear in T1...)
- You can buy it with special tokens
- You can get these tokens in different ways
- 1. way: PvP/PvE drops
- 2. way: Rewards in special Kill x Player Quests / Kill x NPC Quests
- 3. way: Rewards in upcoming events
- Maybe there will be more ways how to get them in future
