i have found this Project, and im excited cause i have played Warhammer online in 2008, and i really have enjoyed it.
So i will try it again...
My question is, which side needs more players Order or Destruction?

That switches quite often and also depends on Europe or American timezones.

I would just pick whatever class/side you want to play.

Order has pretty consistently had way more players for the last year, so take that into consideration. AAO bonuses are great on Destruction side, but you get to do a lot more unsuccessful keep defenses.

I play both sides and enjoy them in different ways.
If you join order then make sure to apply to one of the topguilds. The pugs on Order are just....not worth it. Destro have better teamwork and they listend (mostly) when guildWBs lead them in regionchat.

This seems pretty dead on. I've been impressed watching destro bait/ flank/ ambush tactics and how most of order doesn't catch on to how powerful it is and how well it works. I say most because order has some good guilds/ leaders that get it but destro seems to do it more consistently.
