Spell Visualizations: Play Ability effects on: ???

Play Ability effects on: None:Self:Party:Warband:All

Is there a way to turn ON "negative" spell effects " w/o selecting "ALL"?
I keep running into slowdown/damage effects b/c I have "Play Ability effects on: Party"

If you find a way to do it let me know, this is one of those things that would be a major QoL improvement. For me personally I can't turn effects to 'all' - it just causes too much lag. Maybe one of the Devs know if there is some sort of flag that could be switched in the game engine so that they could be seen even with lower graphic settings active.
