Shield of Reprisal?

Someone explain to me any possible benefit to Furious Reprisal.

So for the next 5 seconds any ability the enemy uses is on a 5 second cooldown...catch

The KD is 3 seconds long. So really this tactic only gives a 2 sec ability?

OR am i missing something

(This is an IB ability)

No idea, but while we are at it, does it affect the target cooldowns if the target have KD immunity?

Yes for 2 sec enemy will have 5 cd after skill use and those cd malus dont go away post those 2 sec but when skills have finished CD.

Si if you use a skill when you get up it will be in cd 2+3 sec later on

There is no immunity in game for CD increase.

Didn't test it thoroughly, but if the application folllows the normal rules it should apply through immunities.

Unless an ability is avoided, all effects are applied unless their respective checks fail. Take 'Rune-powered etchings' as an example, the snare is applied regardless of immunities.

SoR is essentially ST SL, like the CH 2h finisher or the Blorc thingy.

Yes, it goes thru immunity. So you have an option to decide when to KD or CD increase. I run it a lot even with trispec.
It also gives 1 second cooldown for abilities without CD (instant casts). Which I assume goes after gcd. Don't remember, tested it quite a while ago on RP in duel.
Possible benefits is a good question tho, cause you have to sacrifice defense or utility. I have offensive tactic preset - Rugged, Punishing Knock, Avalanche, Furious Reprisal. Works quite good, but I miss seasoned veteran or armor or reduced KD/snare time.
I'm not into that l33t 6v6 stuff, but should work fine in that environment.
