Who we are: Small, hardcore, fun bunch of ladies and gentlemen, consisting of old live veterans. Our knowledge and commitment to the slaughter stems from years of WAR online experience in which all our small roster of members loved. In making ICONIC we decided to bring organisation back to destruction for both small and large scale warfare.
What we offer: A soup of serious hardcore PvP 6mans (12mans to come) with a dash of PvE thrown in for flavour and a sprinkle of side splitting humour to produce the finest of dishes. This dish is served with a side order of guild contributed Potions/talismans. If you love to fight larger numbers in a tightly knit group of competent players this is the guild for you! Due to current real life changes our guild run days are varied, but we play most nights so this should not be a problem and will be adjusted in the coming weeks. Each member is valued and constructive input is welcome always, we aren't large and never plan to be, members will be considered valuable and never trodden on
Down to business: We have some simple rules, Discord is a must the voice comm is a 2 minute download and setup. mic is not required but favoured. Even out of play hours, questions and discussion is welcome and will be replied to when possible. there is guild tax, it is only to benefit the guild; the gold is used to everyones benefit this is assured. We are 18+ due to vulgar chat sometimes, thickskin is probably beneficial also.
The deal: Our recruitment is structured into phases per say. As we are not looking to be the biggest guild on the server, but a competent challenger for the best our recruitment is a little challenging.
1- Party invite is sent to potential candidate, in which you are welcome to run with us, this also includes voice comm invitation. You will be assessed fairly on response times, positioning and following instructions. We will hold no grudges and losing fights is all part of the game. We will most likely chat via ingame PM first just to estabalish if this is the guild for you.
2- You will be invited to join ICONIC on a 6 time trial, this means you're assessment is almost up and we are just merging yours and our playstyle. You will run with us six times, this isn't time-scaled, so each session can vary in length. This is also not set in stone, so if you make a good enough impression it can be shortened!
3- fully fledged member upon successful probation period ending.
What we need: Please be aware there is only a number of spaces available, however we aren't set in stone and arrangements could be made
