The Hard PQs requiring 24 people to complete has completely destroyed what is left for pvp for NA time zone.

I'm trying to keep my guildies motivated and interested and we can hardly find a fight. Just raoming the huge zone and finding nothing.

PQS should be for smaller groups to entertain or solos when nothing is going on, not completely take away the pvp in this game.

New gear, people want it. Same when BL was released. NA late night was the only time the Mobs weren't covered with a group waiting for respawn. Hell, Avocetti used to camp his WB on the dragon in DW to gank destro, presumably cause it was the best way to get an actual fight... Eventually people got their gear, and returned to their regularly scheduled Waaagh!.

Also, it's Summer time, July 4th weekend just passed, people are still doing other stuff.

Lastly, if your guildies are having trouble staying motivated, don't force them to play! Now is a good time to go and check out that new game title you wanted to try(Kingdom Come: Deliverance is awesome btw), or just take a break and go out drinking for a bit. If someone is started to get burned out, forcing the issue will only make it more likely they bounce for good.

The pop NA night/late night is going down for awhile now... 2 month or so. The PQ is one part of the "problem" but the cake is bigger than just the onslaught farm.

Just hold out a little.
Fatal and Train Wreck are currently heavy doing the onslaught PQs every NA Evening. This will most likely turn into once every several days in one or two weeks.
