Returning vet looking for a crew (hardcore/semi-hardcore)

Sup, been playing War from 2008 to 2011, every class on both sides.
Recently rolled up here, can't take any more pugs, I literally want to claw my eyes out after playing for a few hours in scenarios.
I do however enjoy smart playing, teamwork and pushing to improve.
I play 8-12 hours a day, mainly on WE/heal DoK.
Looking for a chill guild that has tight community and plays to win. EU/NA - both are fine. I sleep whenever.
