Needed classes on Destro?

Looking to get into this game and I'd love to pick a class in need. What are we currently lacking?

In guilds there is a good amount of recruits that fits mostly all roles.

Healers and tanks are always in demand, especially tanks taking the initiave to guard vulnerable targets and help absorb damage effectively.

Healers are always wanted/needed, same with tanks but less so.

Healer and tanks with a properly modded UI via addons, because with default UI you can't be a reliable tank or healer.

People who are able to read zone/sc/warband chat, follow orders, communicate when necessary, stick together with their party members and use their class abilities (the amount of tanks I see who don’t even use Guard is just sad).

Your class is secondary, play what appeals to you the most. Playing healers as DPS is generally not the best idea though.
