Returning player looking for duo partner/guild

Been gone for a long time and looking to start fresh.
Anyone want to start a new character from scratch and duo as we level up? I am mainly interested in playing a healer but would certainly consider other classes.
I mainly play evenings Pacific Standard Time as I am from Oregon, USA. My days off are Tue/Thur usually and can play more on those days.
Would even love a guild if they happen to have a lower level active base as I HATE solo leveling after around lvl 17ish.
