Issues
Step 19 of the quest - it requires to kill monsters (Ellyrian Commanders), that are available at stage 2 only.

Why it is an issue
This the only T2 epic quest, that requires a 2nd stage of any PQ.
To proceed to this stage you need to kill 100 monsters. This is unwilling exp gain and time waste.
And this required monsters are champions of 20 lvl - you need to kill 3 of them in 9 min. This is impossible task for a character of lvl 16-20 without good selfheal. Doing it at higher lvl is less likely, because reward is only 17 lvl purple gear piece and becomes a trash pretty soon - at 25+ lvl.
If you failed to kill them in 9 min, then you need to wait for reset of PQ and kill 100 monsters again for another chance.

Possible solution
Change required Ellyrian Commanders to Ellyrian Defenders - this is just an ordinary monsters from the 1st stage of PQ.

I agree with this, doing the Order T2 epics on my slayer atm (level 20) and they are all accessible. Seems unfair that Destro is handicapped in this fashion
