Would be nice to get a conq vendor that sold potions or crafting materials. (relic boxes, loams, Potion bottles)

Seals in bag is ambitous to suggest but increasing Seal of Paragon to 10 Seals per quest seems reasonable.
Nah, Imo what would be best would be if T2 gave 10 seals of exemplar, T3 6 seal of exemplars+2seal of paragon and T4 giving only 5seals of paragon as it is now

Probably with possibility to trade of exemplars for paragons with 2:1 ratio (so T2 quest would be equal to T4 and T3 somewhere in between). Cause as it was for me with 2 chars I had tons of exemplar seals before I had enough seals of paragon to buy even first piece (and bought enough renown pots to last for half a month with exemplars only) therefore making me more focused on T4 zones only and I avoided lower zones as I needed no stuff from bags anymore.

With these 2 changes more zones would be potentially interesting at least for playerbase that cares only about equipment :D and wouldn't make getting gear that much faster so people would still have to take their time getting the sets.

Uhmmm... I can't get my head across the fact that 100 kills in T2+3 are worth more (20) than 100 kills in T4 (5). It's like T4 kills get snubbed and T2+3 get glorified.

The increase on the paragon seal quest from 5 to 10 seems the quickest way to make kills in different Tiers worth the same. Your suggestion of T2 - 10 exemp, T3 - 6 exemp +2 para, and T4 - 5 para also seems like a good progression but idk if just bumping T4 to 10 isn't easier than having to add a whole new item to the T3 quest.

It's quite simple: there are 6 t2/t3 lakes to play in and there are 9 T4 lakes. You're going to spend more time in T4 so it's much easier to get Paragons.

Well, I'm against quicker gain, I'm standing for more varied way of obtaining them :)

Again, more paragons are needed for items than exemplars, and we get less paragons from quests. After some time people will need only paragons and won't care about lower tiers that much

The suggestion had turned more into a "make 100 kills be worth the same no matter the Tier/s". If upgrading something "up to par" is such an horrendous suggestion then perhaps downgrading something "down to par" is more suitable, like nerfing the ammount of exemplar seals from quests?

p.s. not "more for less", more like "same for same".
