or give a buff/morale or ability to the tanks that allows them to reflect spells for 50% of the damage whenever they disrupt it (DOT excluded) :)

Why so boring? Include DoTs, channels and caster staff AA.

While we are spitballing broken abilities:
Add a debuff/buff that turns cleanse into a pandemic-esque skill while you are at it; every time you (or your targets) are cleansed it spreads the cleansed debuffs to nine targets in a 45ft range. Call it 'Futility of life' for fancyness' sake.

I kinda assume we are all just joking at this point. Tanks with access to HtL are really NOT in need of yet another way to make ranged magical dps super boring to play :P
