I got this skill the other day thinking I could have a decently spammable and heavy hitting grudge dump with a healing component. The problem is that this skill has to be the very last damage that kills the enemy otherwise you get no healing. Between the DoT components of Heavy Blow and Binding Grudge I get robbed out of a lot of healing.
My suggestion would be to make the healing component a small buff so that if the enemy dies within a few seconds of the skill being used then you still get the healing from it. It doesn't have to be very long I don't think, maybe 2-3 seconds so that there is still some skill involved with using it in timing it correctly.
