Slayer/Choppa Balance

Hey

The probably biggest problems in discusion is rampage and gttc

here in short

Nerf

Rampage reduce the ignore to 25% but 20 sec duration without tactik in Berserk as core

Gttc remove Pull reduce damage intervall to 1,5 sec over 6 sec and make timebomb to random tardget(aoe)

Choppa

Rework useless ap finischer make it one to compare with nerfed rampage or similar to current rampage.
Like a defence buff
Like offensive buff
or supporti

Ap reduce for Aoe detount 35 is good... 50 is **** ... make it 50 ap costs and 10 sec duration

Make Bleed em out great again reduce apcosts to 35 or a timebomb all damage after 9 sec.

and the 50% aa haste from dwarf is a another thing.

Rampage actually last 10s AND if you use it while Furious it last 20s. you can reduce CD via tactic not increase duration as you said.

This would be hilarius! if you give it a timebomb it would became even more powerfull in ST and a without a timebomb it will do ridiculous damage comparet to ID, whic isn't a channelling, tick every 1s, his area of effect move with the target and isn't bound to slayer position whille channelling prevent you from using other ability, using AA and can be interrupet by everyone.

you are right here, Bleed Em' Out is too expansive but about detount i'm not sure.
to sum up: hope you are a troll because half of you post is incorrect and make no sense at all
