Replace dok city dungeon chalice procs.

Problem: Dok city dungeon chalices (and I assume wp books, but don't have one to verify) have 250 sh single type resistance buff as proc on heal. While by them self those already ain't really great- between bws, engies, and ams, single type of resistance isn't sufficient in rvr- the fact that chosen aura/ zealot or shaman buff are likely to be available and provide all 3 resistances cover on constant base, while the resist buffs do not stuck, makes city dungeon chalice procs 100% useless.
To compare, zealot charms actually have useful procs- wounds buff on being hit, lifetap on being hit, or run speed buff on being hit.
Suggestion: Replace chalice procs with something. Either straight up with zealot procs, or with some other procs which are available- for example:
-Some defensive buff (not armor one, since those not stacking with armor pot makes them even worse)- say init proc, whatever on being hit or on heal, or absorb proc.
-Resists or spirit resist debuff proc on hit, to make a heal dok Rend a little more useful for healing.
