Hijacking the ram

Would you devs consider making it impossible or hard to steal a ram from a still alive and well dude who spawned it in the first place?
Or allow them to decide whether they want to give it up, at least.
Example of how that can be important: Dude took someone else's ram yesterday and drove it straight into the enemy blob.
Several minutes later that same dude took another ram from an ongoing siege, took it to pve where it despawned.
People confronted him and he replied with "if it can be done - it isn't my problem but the system's" (must be a lawyer irl).
Anyway, would you?

One trouble with making it so you can not take the ram will be idiots or trolls spawning ram and not useing it . Instead just run around with it preventing a keep push

there is a feature which is iffy but if you are moving the ram and you are the one who spawned it then it should not release from you to someone else. However if you spawn it and leave it then someone else can take it ofc.

Keep in mind that the owner should ALWAYS be able to "steal" it from someone else.
