Capital statue changes

While the initial idea of the weekly champions was fun, but also very much in favor of anyone playing alot mixed with being lowlevel for bigger RP gain, and combined with the lost interest from the Team to keep updating this I suggest this change to make statues become a little more relevant.

How about tieing it to the new ranked system based of highest MMR on each career, or based of topoverall renown holder of each class.
With how much focus the development lately have taken towards more competitive play, and several small nice rewards for playing on our main toons (such as rr82-rr100 dyes) this change would follow suit nicely id think.

The game is not only scenarios, and way less only ranked. The most renown gained is the only relevant way to go, no matter if it's earned in scenarios, zones, or killing rams.

the statues will not be changed to ranked SCs.

The statues are about RR in general and as such much bigger then just a gamemode.
