Rebalance >RR70 and <RR40

I have Conquerer at 3 of my 20 Charakters I am plying , and I write this post , cause I have been killed in SC by a Marauder in 2 sec ! And I have no problem to get a charakter to RR40 . But I dont wanna play years to get one charakter to RR80+++ . I prefer to play that char I want to play on a day . And Polster only work till lvl 40 and not for RR !!! If you read my post you will check maybe , that I have written the post , cause I think the diffrence between a 40/40 and a 40/80+++ ist that hight , that a 40/40 is only cannon fodder .

My main question is why all will be done fore only about 50% of the players , wich are willing to grind every day castles , and for the other 50% should eighter leave the game or should play like the RR80+++ player think it is right !!!
for ex.
1.) on fort only player rr50+ will recive full RR , players below get only a part of rr .
2.) lower leveled player want get gear ba making epic-quest ... sind a month epic in talabec is bugged , noone fix it .

but when only the side of players are welcome wich want to play only one char ... every day ... the whole year , to get to RR 80... RR90...RR100... , and there is no exception that ther are also other players on the server ... ok i can live without RoR and RoR without me .

The thing you are trying to do is that progress doesn't matter. Playing an MMORPG where progress doesn't mean anything is not really worth it. Would you like to play an RPG like Skyrim spending 100 hrs to play just to get killed from a lvl 1 mob because there is no progress?
Do ppl have an advantage playing only one char? Sure they have and that's totally ok. Do I get killed fast playing low Lvl/RR chars? Ofc I sometimes do, but its ok because I am low and the other maybe isn't.
These are simply normal differences and that's ok for a game where progress matters. If you don't like it, maybe start focussing on 2 or 3 main chars instead of whining.

First a little background
I am the king of low level characters. When this game came back I swore I would play every class at least once. I have 20 characters, and once every two or three months, I will delete one to roll a new one. I have my faves that I level up, like my WE (r60) and WH (r80), a couple of DoK's (one dps) an AM (r60), SW, WL, Sham(r60), SH, BW, Sorc ... on and on ...

Yeah, it's frustrating. I agree 100%. But it is not hard. I just came off playing a second WH (MIssdread r48). Spent all morning in t3 Elf, running supps, killing des that were doing the same, and dying every time des ganged up on me 2 or 3 to 1 Fun ****. Hell even Enoo got a few kills off my lowbie butt, and Enoo can't kill anything. (Just kidding Enoo, you rock man).

Anyway, what I am saying is this. There are many ways to have fun as a low level mdps in this game. You said I believe, that you play a WL. So do I, easy class. Not OP as destro swear up and down 10 times an hour in chat, but easy. Well thought out and put together by the original devs at Mythic.
Solo;
Look for targets that are easy. Solo WE's, SH's, low level choppas, Magus (if you can pull them away from their pets and dps them fast), the options are there.
WB;
Go AOE at low level, move with zerg, dont try to be a hero, let the high rr players take the damage and you get the RR.

It is not hard, it is not a grind. Just frustrating at times. GOOD LUCK!!!!

p.s. empmoz: one thing - l2play. i got no fkn clue what game you play but i had full conq on my newest toon when i was 35 lvl. dont miss locks and u good. what is the idea behind downgrading invader? well if someone whine over how much work [lol] you gotta invest to get conq and 40+ than i guess you can easily downgrade invader w/o regrets since server will be turned off before you get enough rr to use it. so go on and get ur vanq [if u can use it that is].

You can tell me what you want , I cannot beleve you !!!
Playing 2 hours , and then already be RR 70 , is not makeable , even not in your tream . Spending 2 hours cou will maybe able to leave newbie zone , but not with rr highre than your level .
I know how long it takes only to leave newbie zone with RR 28 to RR 30 ( it is not possible any longer ) . It has taken a week to do that , and playing 3-4 hours every day .

So if you play 2 hours a week , and have RR 70 after this week , you will be a CHAETER .

Maybe you are to young , or you never have played " GUILDWARS " . That game was made WITH the comunity , and they have a choice how the game should be . You could reach the max LVL of 20 in 1 to 3 days , and then you coud have a armory whith max stats from that on .
Game realy starts at LVL 20 , and PvP was REALLY a fun , cause you only where as good as you can play , and not as good your gear is !!! Player who started years after other players have the same chance , they don't have degraded to cannonfooder for players who started playing earlier .
Of corse its not everyones choice to fight fair fights only , and loos against a player which playes the game maybe a month , but they play well ! I did not find this frustrating , in every game will be one who is better then me . But its frustrating if a game has only very small horizon .
Original Warhammer was cool , but not perfect . RoR have make many things better long time . But now I whish that RoR reache the fun and fairness from original Warhammer . Running towers the next years , and thats it is not my choice .

Just lvled one char to 70. Took me 6 days of playtime. Thats 144hours. If you play 2 hours a day you will be rr70 in under 3 months. Not that you need it outside of ranked sc. Usually vanq/invader is already a very strong mix.

With the population we have, wouldn't it make sense to create three tiers, T1, T2-3, T4, or T1, T2, T3-4?
