SH Changes - Speculations and Inspiration (Maybe)

This post is primary to have fun speculating what SH’s patch could bring. If SH changes are delayed and it brings some inspiration then even better. I will be basing my forecast on comments from devs, such as how they want to balance classes and make adjustments to less viable masteries without mirroring classes and my own personal take on what the classes should be doing in spirit.
Taking a look at changes to rSW -> Scout is meant to be single target turret burst mastery, assault is a melee single target burst mastery and skirmish a medium to long AoE mastery
SHs already have a AoE mastery which is bouncing, which means the other 2 could be modified to be debuff oriented and burst oriented masteries . Quick Shootin’ seems to be more adequate for a burst centric mastery due to its name, and Big Shootin’ can relate more to long distance debuffs and support to front lines.
Big Shootin’
• Move - Shrapnel Arrer - Core
• Update – Extra toxic Coating no longer affects Explosive Arrer
• Move– Explosive arrer to core Quick Shootin’
• Move – No so fast to 5 pt Big Shootin’.
• Update- Not so fast: Remove build up while moving. Now reduces toughness and initiative
• Update - Increased base damage of Acid Arrow, Throat Shot, and Not So Fast! to match Plink
moving.
• Update - Remove set base damage to match Plink and remove bonus damage on targets with 30% or lower HP [Edit: 20/06/2020]

Quick Shootin’
• Rework – Explosive arrer: Attach explosive pack to your next Attack. Will deal X elemental damage on hit and extra X elemental over 9 secs. Does not trigger GCD.
• Update – Da waaagh iz strong: Extend time for Stop runnin’ 15sec , Rotten Arrer 15sec and Explosive Arrer 15sec
• Move – Behind ya! To core Quick Shootin’
• Move - Shoot thru ya to 13pt Quick Shootin’
• Rework - Shoot thru ya: Single target skill, same damage as behind ya! Ignores Armor 10 sec CD
• Update - Run Away! Increases 30% speed for 10 secs while out of SA. Detaunts enemies within 30ft while on SA

Bouncin’
• Move – Git em! From core Bouncin’ to Core Quick Shootin’
• Rework – Git em! Only usable out of SA, range set to 100ft. Double hit occurs when you and your squig have the same target
• Update– Cut ya! Usable while on SA
• Move – Ere Squiggy to core Tactic
• Move – Sharper toofs to 3pt Bouncin’9
• Removed – Out of my Way and put back M4

Core abilities/Tactics
• Rework – Sharper toofs: No longer increases damage from Git em!.Sneaky strike, Ard noggin’ and Cut ya! Will also damage up to 2 enemies within 20 ft of your target
• Update - Tastes like Chicken: Instant 1k heal instead of 440 HoT. 1 min CD
• Update – Farty Squig: Smell stuns/staggers enemies within 20ft for 2/3 secs.
• Update – Squig Frenzy: Increases 50% of All squig damage for 10 secs. 30 sec CD
• Several abilities now have a "While Frenzy" modifier below
- Big Shootin’
 Finish em off – increases target’s incoming damage by 10% for 5 secs
 Poison Arrer - undefendable
 Not so fast! – Increases build up time by 25%

- Quick Shootin’
 Git em! – Pet attacks (only) ignore armor
 Rotten Arrer - undefendable
 Shut Thru Ya! – Hit 1 extra time

- Bouncin’
 Sneaky strike, Ard noggin’ and Cut ya! Will also damage up to 2 enemies within 20 ft of your target (while buffed and tactic maximum of 5 players, 1 target +4 extra)
