Missing Compass arrow on the ground

Up until about 2 years ago, when you targeted someone in your party or WB, like the leader, the ring on the ground around myself included a handy compass type arrow showing the direction of selected player. That was removed, and now in it's place are tiny, often hidden by uneven ground dots on the ring which are much harder to see. Why was this compass arrow removed? How am i now supposed to be benefiting from the removal? Please, consider bring it back. Was much easier to see than tiny dots hidden by any uneven ground. Thank you.

I remember the change, try making use of the addon enemy. You can mark your warband leader or targets of importance with an arrow of any color to keep track of them.

Most people use this instead of the compass as it is visually better and easier to see.
