Increase time till stat recalculation for under 40 toons.

Playing under 40 toons lately, each time that you die and go in and out of wc, game freezing (twice since in and out) is just unbelievably annoying. Especially that the longer you play without relogging, the longer the game freezes for. Plz add 5-10 extra seconds till stats are recalculated on <40 toons.
