Add a unique tactic for each race, accessible via TOK achievment, that allow only for your intimate ennemies both players and npc :
- 5% increased dmg
- 5% increased influence, renown, experience gain
Remove the actual sound of /waaagh (both played for the player and surrounding players) and replace it by the sound surrounding players hear when your greenskin uses /cheer.
Slightly increase the size of "older" Orcs (based on RR and number of skills) to match Warhammer's greenskin lore.
Add some new kind of mounts for them like spiders, squigs or even Arachnarok (this one could be a 24 people mount).
Heavy Armour mounts
Decaying heavy armour mounts is just sad, we could introduce some perma ones and increase the cost of Guild Coins maybe up to 20.
Gathering da Boyz
It's known in the fluff that bands of greenskins, when gathering together, are surrounded by the green energy of the waaaagh. When 12 or more greenskins player are ine the same warband, would be awesome to add a green cloudy visual effect around them.
Beside shields, remove the restriction of the same type weapon for the appearance slot, just leave the fact that it should be any weapon you can use.
Add in some new macro icons to extend the small existing amount.
RvR : giants
We could turn some "supplies" (mostly alochol and food) to bribe a giant who would help sieging a keep. Because giants are most of the time drunk, there's a small chance he would turn against the faction who engaged him.
When dead, the falling giant body will cause damage to every characters within 100f around.
Add more color choice.
When selecting the shaman career let the player choose between Orc and Goblin on the customization screen.
