Return of Reckoning

Warlord used to be rr65-70 set and gave quite a long usage time as one progressed to Sov. But since vanquisher appeared on stage and bumped invader to old warlord spot it got a little bit crowded. As of now it's a waste of currency since it's so close to (pricey) sovereign and the specialisation warlord supports... Well, it'd be better to buy warlord set with invader currency, keeping the stats and higher price.

im not sure how you even bump it up to sov tier. both sets suffer from having some useless **** on it so its not even that crazy as a set

Lots of people add warlord pieces into their builds, there's literally no point to farm any of of the full sets, you just mix and match so it's good where it is.

You are looking to min-max and that's fine, nothing wrong with that.
With this change you would still be able to mix, for a slightly higher price and more stats.
So I can't see what the problem is, unless you just want it to be a cheap stat stick.

It doesn’t make sense for Warlord to be worse than sov.

Given the slow rate of Royal acquisition and the abundance of renown, by the time you have full invader and fort weapons you should be able to use sov or close enough to it where you will be saving royals for sov. Buying warlord only slows your path to sov.

Sure some classes like Slayer will want the 3 piece bonus from warlord once they have 5 piece sov but thats due solely to the set bonus giving WS over warlord itself being a good set.
