When a race's fortress has fallen, all tanks of the enemy race have a passive buff that boosts their group's class and race mechanics each time they take damage (guard damage included)

For example: When the shining way falls, all the blackguard would buff the dark elves of their group with a boost in darkmagic for sorcerers or soul essence for doks or bloodlust for witch elf each time they are taking damage (can be applied once each x seconds)

Every Choppa gain 20%/30%/40% hp in G/Y/R when reach RR 80

Makes Yellow 50% chance to avoid skills whit Bypassing effects like rampage etc , and 100% in Red for 15 sec ( internal cooldown 30 sec )

GTDC - Enchantment -
The Choppa feels a brute wind force around your body, making enemy unable to defend against your attacks for 10 sec if red , 20 sec in Yellow.

ability name: come, goblin !
either sh or shaman morale ability. you call the filthy goblins from their caves. x amount of goblin npcs comes and aid you with your battle for y seconds.

would be cool the see goblin zerg during the epic battles !

How about no new abilities as they are hard to balance. Increase the dps on the lower dps chars so that they match slayer. Then nerf overall dps as it will be too high. That way you can finally fix slayers and not make them all quit.

Ability name: Squig Ride!
You catch a ride on a msh in your party. For 20 secs you ride your mighty squig into battle gaining 25% speed increase. The msh remains in control of direction.

Master engineer/constructions of warp: Magus and engineer gain an ability to spawn a ram. It requires you to be out of combat. Can be used before your realm gets to 2 stars.

Purification in flames/flames and suffering: WHs and WEs get an ability to spawn oil. It's restricted by the oil timer, but can be used 5 seconds before it naturally expires. Grants 5 seconds of 50% damage reduction.

Locus of energies/mork is bigga 'ere!: Archmage/shaman skill: whenever in proximity of more than 24 players of your realm your damage is increased by 30%. Does not apply to lifetap healing.
RoR doesnt deserve being taken seriously.

Maybe i dont understand something but having WoH abilities in WaR seems like best choice to add new skills of all kinds maybe even new class/realm=)

IB/BLORC Tactic that changes Taunt to apply 30%+ Dmg Buff apply to defensive target instead of yourself. BLORC/SM Tactic to change Big Slash/Gusting wind to 15ft Ae Pull/And Big Swing/Intimaditing blow to Medium/long Punt on parry/dodge/disrupt off GCD. More Air time with 2H But Longer distance with shield.
