(Suggestion) Returning players and Bastion Stair

Hello
I have recently returned to the game and im wondering if it would be possible in theory to tune BS down to a 3-4 man run instead of 6? I've been trying to find groups since I returned but it's actually tough. I've been told that BS has been out for a long time so I take it that's the reason.
Another option would be to have two dungeon types: 6 man and 3-4 man. You could even nerf the inf gains for the smaller groups. I would happily take that if it meant I didnt have to spend hours getting a group together.
