Replace or Increase PackMule and 50% Mount to 60%Mount

Hello,

I would suggest to upgrade the slow mounts(PackMule and all 50% mounts) to have 60% speed.
This would give new characters (And please consider New Players) a chance to catch up and to actually use/enjoy the big landsacpe of this game.

Why? RVR T2-T3 has been merged into T4, and tbh it's a big joke that if you are below CR 38 with a mount which has 50% Speed and 75% dismount chance trying to catch or run away from someone who can have
60% speed and 60%/45?% dismount chance.

I mean it could be even solved by bolster the mount.

Additional benefits:
Faster Movement also in Tier1, where BOs are most of the time a lot of travel time.

I actually agree with the OP. Low lvl chars are the ones that die first anyway, and being on slow mounts just makes it even easier to die. It won't hurt anyone to allow them to catch up with the rest of the WB.

IMO the 50% are sufficient enough for new players. You don't need the best mount and warband leader have to pay attention to now lose people due to slower mounts.
In pug warbands slower mounts should be your least concern.
In scenario it will matter even less.


In T1 there were not even mounts back then and the 50% mount started at lvl20 and it worked. See the lvl2 mount as QoL implementation.

The "high level equipment" is already in big advantage, with having the option for better gear, talis, potions and renown points. I wouldn't suggest this if T2/T3 would still an separate RVR Bracket.

It worked on live, yeah where there has been more Population... but try to do Nordland with 5 Players on each side...

or even better take the elf map, awful to walk those BOs

I agree, make them all 60% speed with the dismount % being the upgrade factor. Start with the lvl 2 one having 100% dismount and the lvl 16 one 75% etc.
