But I demand over the restoration of CP to the old CS.
Why was a similar skill given for SM "Raking Talons" and taken away from Chosen?
What is it that makes dmg reduction tactic can exist on the order side and on the destro side it would already be too strong?
Just reduce the value to 20% dmg reduction like SM has.
SM would still have an advantage because he only has to use skill and Chosen would still have to have crit on targets.

Yes cripling strikes should be back but SM version is definetely not better than passive critting. Remove Spirit dmg Relentless + add the old criplling strikes version and suddenly 5s cooldown not defendable 13 pts Rending Blade makes alot of sense.
