Renown points bug exploit

During the recent days many of you may have been aware of a bug that allowed players to spend more than the legit amount of renown points from the renown mastery.

We've taken action against all accounts that have been actively exploiting this known bug in response to our Terms of Service.

Some will have 3 days temporary ban for exploiting it on one character, and others will have 7 days temporary ban for exploiting it on 2 or more characters or have previous sanctions against them already.

On top of the temporary bans to respective accounts, character(s) that were used to exploit this bug will have their Renown Ranks set to 1. Any characters that were not use to exploit the bug will retain their existing Renown Rank.

We will not accept any appeals from any accounts that have been sanctioned for this exploit.

Again, we do not tolerate members actively exploiting game breaking bugs.
