It would be pretty sweet if there was a noticeboard in each capitol city, where players could issue bounties on other players.
For instance you could have template images for each class (like the ones posted here), and have the name text change accordingly, then have bounties start at like 100g per plus a tax (good gold sink), players could pick up bounties like a quest. Then players with bounties on them are notified via mail, and any kill made against them in active RvR zones would make them drop a trophy with a template flavor text and their name. The person who posted the bounty gets that trophy and the person who turns it in gets the gold.

Thats a very very very interesting idea. As always though...for future implementation.
