And they're giving you double XP to help you restart! Also, currently we only have 2 tiers of combat. T1 goes to lvl 15, from lvl 16-40 every rank can play in the same zone. We start at tier2 then as zones lock the WAR advances to the next tier. At r16 you also get a massive Boost to stats, so you don't get timestamped by every r40 out there. Oh, and RR gains past 40 are still slightly nerfed(50% I think?), so the server isn't entirely packed with RR80's. Oh, and Conq is current BiS.

All in all, it'll take maybe 2-3weeks of semi-active play to hit 40/40. And with all the changes/updates/balancing on nearly every class, it'll give you plenty of time to "learn" how to play again! And with how Conq medals/medallions drop you will be able to afford Merc/Anni(a quarter step below Conq, again gear has been rebalanced on RoR compared to Live). Plus new Beastlord and Ruin set you can PvE for. All in all, "catching up" is real quick.
