Server status: Up or Down?

Was playing just now but crashed while trying to tidy up my UI going into a scenario and now having the same...
green lights showing for webm server and login server but when I click Connect says server currently offline...
Tried repair but nada

Same here. My launcher shows green for Web Server/Login Server, but when I click 'Connect' says "Server is currently offline'.
