GM Ticket system

Hey all!

Today Im proud to announce that the ingame ticket system for GM assistance is working! What this means is that you can now from ingame go to the help menu and request CSR assistance (sadly we cannot edit CSR to GM at this point) which will bring you to the menu to fill in a request form. GMs will be able to see this list and work on tickets accordingly.

For now the .gmlist command will work but we aim to phase that out after an undetermined time. The GMs will still ofc be ingame and work as normal but there is no need to /tell them.

This system also includes a feature where a GM can answer a ticket with a mail in the case that the person who made the ticket is not online.

I would like to personally thank Sullemunk for making the UI part for the GMs while I made the backend.

Beating people out of the game to forum PMs or github was allways a bummer.

Thats pretty cool. GMs are also often Busy atm and it happens, that "smaller important" requests are going under. When the GM has the ability to send a PM or even E-Mails, this would help a lot. I guess especially for people who are new to RoR and not so well versed with the structures of Community+Server/Channels/Forum

Atm no, the bugreports will be sent to GMs as well currently who will most likely ask you to go to the bugtracker, but I have plans for the future in regards to this, but it is a bit more advanced and was a lower priority

These "quality of life" improvements gonna have such a positive impact on both players and staff. Sadly these are also the ones most people take for granted once they get used to it and forget how things used to be. Congratulations Natherul, to you and the team, for thinking on this direction, in addition to all the new content and fixes you have been working on. Thank you a lot!

To think the team is doing this as a volunteer basis is amazing. Well done RoR Team, well done!
