According we (you) experienced some difficulties these last days to connect/create accounts (moving webservers/mailserver), false positive issues...), i think it is fair to start a little x2 (XP/RP/INF) period asap (probably this Week End with next patch).

Is that going to stack with 300% extra, or whatever it is, you already get for killing quest NPCs? I'm guessing it does which seems pretty cooooo.

I havent been playing for a long time. 300% more xp for killing some NPC? Tell me more ^^

Quest npc kills and quest completions in your racial pairing give 300% xp. This doesn’t apply to public quests tho.
