There hasn't been a patch, yet.
You can see the last server restart on main page and usually it is on Saturday morning Altdorf time (9:15 atm, CET+2).

A part of the code that was responsible for giving out the bonus XP had been removed and as such I needed to patch again to fix this issue for the event to work.
