Return of Reckoning

Happy new year everybody,

I really like the idea to make double xp / rr only for chars who are for example like it is under level 40. Maybe think about to connect it in future with rr for example everybody under rr 50 or 60. The chance is very high that people who level now fast will suffer when they reach 40 and have an rr around that too.

Just an idea.

I tried this event with xp reduce scroll and i still get to much xp in compare to the rr (rested bonus is also still on my char).
