Automated Signatures

Hi everyone,
Based on Dana's advertising banner(see http://www.returnofreckoning.com/forum/ ... f=20&t=665) I started working on some automated signatures. If you're interested, have a look at
tools.idrinth.de/signature and tell me, what I should improve.

For the time being I do not have automatic updates regarding level and renown, will add that at some point if given the chance.

Idrinth will you delete the line "Server:returnofreckoning Background; Fonts Generator ..." or is this only for your signature?

I would prefer fighting scenes or pics the original banner was for advertise on other forums/websites/communities - I think in our forum we don't need advertising

In general it's pretty easy to adapt that for any amount of different animated gifs, would just need the frames.
Yes, fighting szenes or pics could be nice, sure. I mostly had the line in there to mention the sources of the work(i.e. you, me and the font-page).
I think I'll need to provide different sizes, because this forum lacks a tiny bit of css preventing image from being larger that their parent, just worked with your size for now(700x200).

I would love to replace the symbols in the middle with a head based on (gender where avaible) and class, but I'd need someone to make those :/

just working on parsing the armory-pages, that should make stuff easier for you would only need character_id and character_name from the adress-bar of your detail page then.

I changed to id and name being required(following the armory, that I'm parsing for that), examples:




Just need to find out, if either of them are unique, then I can provide the picture with even less data from whoever wants it

The armory works in weird ways managed to remove the character name from the required fields, so only ID and font is enough for now
Will add some kind of scaling, so the banner doesn't need to be 700x200 later today or early tomorrow
