Why is it taking me over an hour to patch the game?

I returned last night, downloading and patching the client, this morning I am attempting to patch the game and it has been running for over an hour and I am at 1934/172617...

You missed a step if you have 172617 files to download. Make sure you're reading the Install Guide and not skipping through it - there's a lot of little things that need to be done to make it work - it's not the easiest but that's why we have a step by step to do everything for you.

We are looking at alternate options to streamline the download but for now the Install Guide does it perfectly.

I deleted everything and started over. I am currently downloading through the launcher at 230/1070... hope this time I did it right... it's also going really fast.
