Chars loading problem

I can not load some of the characters on account!

@FLexArc you should be able to log your chosen in now.

Thank you for attention.

I still can not load.

After the first pressing Play button and loading expectations, throws back to the character selection screen.
After the second - in the black area (Zone 0)- dead, naked with an empty bag.
