Solved - No menu no character creation

i installed the game and the launcher inside the folder but every time i open the launcher this msg pops up 1st. After that when im entering my login name and pass the game run correctly altho i don't see anything else to click aside from the bottom bar buttons which are cinematic, credits, settings, quit. And that's it all, i remembering playing game (return of reckoning) again before in the past and i didn't had any issues but after a while i had to run a format and i decided to play again. Any ideas?

I've already read this topic this topic ofc, and i have tried several times to re-login but in the end i still can't create a char.
