Login Freezes at "Login Complete" (x2)

Try Updating your software too and clearing your cache that helps me a lot for issues like this..

Nope no good. I reckon if they can't get into the account from their end, its nothing to do with my side. The fact I can log into other accounts on the same PC also backs that up.

Did you have a lot of characters or work on that account? If you ever need to make a new account let us know and I'm sure my friends and I can help you on the order side get some a toon or two up to t4 if needed and we can help ya gear up pretty fast, Now with the recent changes to Anni and Merc you can get that pretty fast. I also hope they can figure out the account problem soon.

I appreciate it but I actually have a 2nd account that I play order on. Account in question was gonna be my destro account. Thanks for the offer though!

Patch allowed me access to the account. Issue Resolved somehow. Thanks!

Upon Logging in I get past the login button, load up the game, and it does that little box on the right "Locating battles... searching for allies...etc...Login Complete... Login Complete" and then progresses no further. It then restarts to a black back ground and freezes at "Searching for allies..."


Another account can login from same PC, so idk the issue.

You had a corrupted character. Should be okay to login now.
