Site maintenance broke view unread

Since the maintenance earlier today/last night (depending on time zone) the view latest unread under Recent Topics no longer works.

it still works however default behavior changed a little bit. It will now only show unread topics, if you want to change this go to user control panel -> board preferences -> edit display optopns -> change "only display unread topics in recent topics" to no

I don't have that option. And it shows topics I've already viewed, it just doesn't let me hit the left-hand icon to go to the latest unread post. I can only click the link itself, which takes me to the first post.

Same goes for news section, from home page all the codes are messed up.while is readable if you enter the thread ( still some color refuse mesh).
I saw this both from.phone and pc so is a common issue

Still not working for me, the icons highlighted in blue used to be a link to latest unread.
